How long does the battery last?
This device has the longest battery life out of any tracker that updates it’s location every 60 seconds. It will last 1-2 weeks depending on usage. See the section above on battery life for more information.

Yes. If you don’t add any ’emergency numbers’ in the app, it will not call anyone when the SOS button is pressed.
Simple, there isn’t one! The tracker can be taken anywhere in the UK and Europe and as long as there’s a mobile signal, it will update it’s location which you can see on the tracking app.
We’ve made setup super easy by providing a professional setup video which is emailed to you after purchase.

Can it go in the shower / bath?
It sure can! The device is fully waterproof and can be submerged in up to 1m (3.2ft) of water for up to 30 mins (IP67).
The device comes with a FREE charging stand, so there’s no fiddling about with cables or wires.
